How the website BugGuard works
You simply request our BugGuard service for your site.
When doing this you clearly define what limits (if any) to the number of bugs that we find
in a given time period. You also agree with us at this time how we will check against known
bugs.
Then we will regularly monitor your site for errors. All the time there are no bugs found, you
pay nothing. We monitor, you pay nothing.
When we find a bug, we will first check that it is not one of the ones you already know about.
If it is a new bug, we will then describe it in detail for you, and, if it is complex, we will help you to reproduce the problem.
Finally, when you have fixed the problem, we will also test the fix to ensure that it really
has fixed the problem, and not caused any new problems.
We will regularly invoice you for any bug(s) found. You also have full control
over the maximum number of bugs we will find for you in any given period.
